Malaysia Airlines Launches New Travel Experience Campaign

Malaysia Airlines has unveiled the latest phase of its “Time for” brand platform, focusing on enhanced comfort, premium perks, and personalised service. Branded “Time for memorable journeys,” the campaign runs until May 20, 2025, and positions the airline as a provider of holistic travel experiences rather than just airfare.

Under the campaign, special all-in return fares are available for travel through March 31, 2026. Economy fares start from RM119 on domestic routes like Kota Kinabalu and Langkawi, and RM419 for international destinations such as Bangkok, Trivandrum, and Paris. Enrich members receive an additional 5% discount, with non-members encouraged to register for free to unlock the same benefits.

The airline has also upgraded its fare family structure—Economy Basic, Value, and Flex—allowing passengers more flexibility in seat selection, baggage, and refund options. All economy tickets now include a 20kg baggage allowance and complimentary inflight services such as children’s meals, amenity kits, and access to the airline’s “Chef on Call” menu.

For premium passengers, a 24-hour private transfer service via Mercedes-Benz sedans ensures seamless connectivity between Kuala Lumpur International Airport’s main and satellite terminals. Families flying with children can also benefit from the MH Young Explorers Club, which now offers priority check-in, family boarding, and kids’ activity packs.

Transit passengers at KLIA Terminal 1 will enjoy a complimentary side trip to one of seven domestic destinations, including Langkawi, Johor Bahru, and Penang, bundled within the same itinerary.

The campaign underscores Malaysia Airlines’ commitment to full-service excellence and authentic Malaysian hospitality, aiming to boost bookings and loyalty across its network.

In April, the airline debuted a co-branded livery with Manchester United on its flagship A330-300 as part of a multi-year global partnership announced in March. Additionally, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Malaysia Airlines launched a joint marketing campaign encouraging Malaysian travellers to rediscover Hong Kong—part of its broader “Time for” initiative promoting global travel.
